Sustainable Eating

Loetitia S. Lilot is an artist and vegetarian, which combines well in her on-going series called Animal Art, here titled Visuals and Victuals.

Loetitia's inspiration stems from Ahimsa, the Sanskrit term meaning "do no harm to any living creature," which encompasses both human and animal, sentient, non-sentient, moving, and non-moving creatures. For her, creating art necessitates an awareness of crucial health, humane, ethical, economic, and environmental issues.

Through her art, the artist hopes to contribute to meaningful discussions on what we eat, and on how it affects us, other creatures, and our environment.
