Installations by Sayaka Suzuki
The animals in Sayaka's installations are filled with stuffing material and sand. They are created in the same fashion as stuffed animals, but they are displayed in the manner in which farm animals are slaughtered.
Through Sayaka's pieces, viewers are asked to experience the magnitude of the weight of the animals and the physical space they demand.
